Ratchet strap and buckle assembly<br />
New quick-acting ratchet strap <strong>to</strong> be provided as the new center strap<br />
on QR-OTS systems beginning January 1, 2006. Strap will hold the<br />
medical oxygen cylinder securely in place, yet releases quickly and<br />
easily when the cylinder requires changing.<br />

Hand-held switch may be ordered alone or with<br />
QR-OTS systems (pages 3-12 and 3-13) in place<br />
