The SP Quic-Hold mechanical WALKAWAY bracket<br />
meets NFPA 1901-09 requirements for cylinder restraint.<br />
Third party tested <strong>to</strong> 10G.<br />
The Quic-Hold mechanical WALKAWAY bracket holds the SCBA<br />
without the need of straps or other devices. It has an adjustable<br />
footplate that allows it <strong>to</strong> adjust <strong>to</strong> fit more SCBA than the<br />
standard MWAB. The bracket has four PVC coated clamping<br />
arms that securely lock the SCBA in place without damaging the<br />
cylinder wall. For a complete list of what SCBAs work with<br />
<strong>this</strong> bracket turn <strong>to</strong> page 1-17.<br />
Donning the SCBA is fast and easy. The firefighter simply slips<br />
in<strong>to</strong> the harness, pulls up on the cam-operated release lever, and is<br />
ready <strong>to</strong> go. S<strong>to</strong>ring the SCBA is done by placing the valve on the<br />
footplate and pulling up the cam-operated release lever.<br />
The basic bracket and clamp arms are made of strong, yet lightweight,<br />
aluminum alloys. Hex arms and operating lever are plated<br />
steel <strong>to</strong> withstand years of constant <strong>use</strong>.<br />
