The “Load & Lock” bracket with release assist.<br />
The release assist allows you <strong>to</strong> change direction of the pull <strong>to</strong> release<br />
trigger mechanism. The “Load & Lock” bracket is our most economical<br />
SCBA bracket that meets NFPA 1901-09 standards for SCBA containment.<br />
By ordering it with the release assist the 46” long release lanyard may be<br />
pulled either up or down.<br />
Simply place the SCBA against the seats with the SCBA valve sitting on the<br />
footplate and wrap the strap around the bottle and lock it tightly in place.<br />
Releasing the SCBA is done by pulling the lanyard, then leaning forward<br />
and standing up.<br />
The bracket consists of backplate, short footplate, two non-mar double-coated<br />
seats and our “Load & Lock” adjustable strap assembly. The backplate and<br />
footplate are black thermoplastic coated for years of trouble-free service.<br />
