This project is supported by <strong>the</strong> Austrian Science and Research Liaison Office<br />

Ljubljana (on behalf of <strong>the</strong> Austrian Federal M<strong>in</strong>istry of Science and Research) and<br />

<strong>the</strong> Open Society Foundations East East Partnership Beyond Borders Program. It is<br />

implemented through <strong>the</strong> partnership between <strong>the</strong> Peace Institute, Ljubljana, <strong>the</strong><br />

Institute for International Relations, Zagreb, <strong>the</strong> University of Arts, Belgrade, and<br />

<strong>the</strong> Department of Social and Economic History at <strong>the</strong> University of Vienna, Vienna.<br />

We hope that it shows how <strong>the</strong> regional frameworks are <strong>in</strong>fluenc<strong>in</strong>g <strong>the</strong> processes of<br />

cultural reidentification <strong>in</strong> SEE and demonstrates <strong>the</strong> trends that have emerged out of<br />

<strong>the</strong> systemic transitional processes.<br />
