Speakers
Sue Ankeny, health care and reimbursement director,
RSM McGladrey, Inc., has more than 30 years of health
care experience. She works with health care clients
providing regulatory reimbursement services, revenue
cycle management assistance, operational assistance,
third-party cost reporting, reimbursement maximization
for PPS and CAH providers.
Michael Davis is a manager in National Government
Service’s (NGS) Provider Outreach and Education.
Several communication based units report through
Michael, including; Congressional Correspondence,
Freedom of Information and the Provider Outreach and
Education (POE) units for Part A and Part B.
Kathy Milbrandt has been with Noridian Administrative
Services (NAS) for 13 years. In that time she has
worked in the Provider Contact Center (PCC) in Part
B billing and held various positions in the PCC. She
currently works as a provider outreach and education
representative.
Joe Schindler, vice president of finance at the
Minnesota Hospital Association (MHA), has more than
25 years of experience advocating for hospitals. He
has experience with policy analysis, hospital financial
analysis, wage index, cost comparison projects, and has
managed MHA’s key data programs.
Handouts
In order to suit attendees’ different learning styles, we’ll
be emailing handouts in multiple formats in advance of
the program, so that attendees can print their handouts
as they like, or avoid printing them all together and view
them on their laptop or tablet computer. Please be sure
to provide an individual email address for each attendee
so that they receive the handouts.

Registration
Registration fee is $139 per person, per program for
members. The nonmember rate is $199 per person,
per program. The fee reflects the cost of program
development, administration, promotion, faculty
expenses, materials, lunch and break items.
MHA wishes to take those steps required to ensure no
individual with a disability is excluded, denied service,
segregated or otherwise treated differently than other
individuals because of the absence of auxiliary aids and
services.
Cancellation
MHA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to
an insufficient number of registrants or other unforeseen
circumstances. Registration will be accepted on a firstreceived
basis. Registration fees, less a $25 cancellation
fee, are refundable if notice is received five working days
prior to the program date. Registrants unable to attend
may send an alternate. No shows will be billed.
