Speakers<br />
Sue Ankeny, health care and reimbursement director,<br />
RSM McGladrey, Inc., has more than 30 years of health<br />
care experience. She works with health care clients<br />
providing regulatory reimbursement services, revenue<br />
cycle management assistance, operational assistance,<br />
third-party cost reporting, reimbursement maximization<br />
for PPS and CAH providers.<br />
Michael Davis is a manager in National Government<br />
Service’s (NGS) Provider Outreach and Education.<br />
Several communication based units report through<br />
Michael, including; Congressional Correspondence,<br />
Freedom of Information and the Provider Outreach and<br />
Education (POE) units for Part A and Part B.<br />
Kathy Milbrandt has been with Noridian Administrative<br />
Services (NAS) for 13 years. In that time she has<br />
worked in the Provider Contact Center (PCC) in Part<br />
B billing and held various positions in the PCC. She<br />
currently works as a provider outreach and education<br />
representative.<br />
Joe Schindler, vice president of finance at the<br />
<strong>Minnesota</strong> <strong>Hospital</strong> <strong>Association</strong> (MHA), has more than<br />
25 years of experience advocating for hospitals. He<br />
has experience with policy analysis, hospital financial<br />
analysis, wage index, cost comparison projects, and has<br />
managed MHA’s key data programs.<br />
Handouts<br />
In order to suit attendees’ different learning styles, we’ll<br />
be emailing handouts in multiple formats in advance of<br />
the program, so that attendees can print their handouts<br />
as they like, or avoid printing them all together and view<br />
them on their laptop or tablet computer. Please be sure<br />
to provide an individual email address for each attendee<br />
so that they receive the handouts.<br />

Registration<br />
Registration fee is $139 per person, per program for<br />
members. The nonmember rate is $199 per person,<br />
per program. The fee reflects the cost of program<br />
development, administration, promotion, faculty<br />
expenses, materials, lunch and break items.<br />
MHA wishes to take those steps required to ensure no<br />
individual with a disability is excluded, denied service,<br />
segregated or otherwise treated differently than other<br />
individuals because of the absence of auxiliary aids and<br />
services.<br />
Cancellation<br />
MHA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to<br />
an insufficient number of registrants or other unforeseen<br />
circumstances. Registration will be accepted on a firstreceived<br />
basis. Registration fees, less a $25 cancellation<br />
fee, are refundable if notice is received five working days<br />
prior to the program date. Registrants unable to attend<br />
may send an alternate. No shows will be billed.<br />
