Sub: Tentative allocations against CRF projects.
Sir,
It is necessary to convey the tentative allocations against CRF projects pending
finalization of AOP 2007-08 Road and Bridge sector, to facilitate preparation of work
plans by Chief Engineer (EZ), Chief Engineer (WZ), and the field officers under them.
This is also required to prevent commitment of liabilities and unregulated
expenditure before actual work wise distribution of fund.
I am, therefore, enclosing herewith a statement showing tentative allocations against
normal CRF projects (State Category) against a tentative outlay of Rs.1622.00 lakhs
under the programme as seen during the last couple of years.
You may like to consult Planning Department and convey your approval of the
tentative allocations so that CE (EZ) and CE (WZ) could draw their work plans,
which will be restricted within 80% of the resource base.
