Any competitive music program within the state of <strong>Iowa</strong> must either appear on this listing,<br />
be listed on the NASSP National Advisory List of Contest and Activities, or been approved<br />
by the IHSMA office since the printing of this bulletin before a school may participate in the<br />
program without violation of the constitution, policies, and practices of the <strong>Iowa</strong> <strong>High</strong> <strong>School</strong><br />
