General abstract guidelines:
• Abstracts of no more than 500 words will be accepted.
• Abstract should contain the title, its texts should be written in IMRD structure (theoretical
background, methods, results, discussion and key words).
• In addition to the abstract, a profile for each author (academic title, institution, contact
information) is required.
• Arial font (11 font size) is recommended for your complete abstract.
• Please use single line spacing and justified style for paragraph.
• Do use third person singular;
• Electronic submission to: center@vszn-je.si
• Fax submission: +386 4 5869 363.
• All abstracts will be reviewed by the Program Committee, and a notice of acceptance or rejection
will be sent to the submitting authors only.
• Instructions will be sent to the authors whose abstracts are accepted for oral presentation.
• Important dates:
Deadline for submission of Abstracts: February 25, 2012
E-mail notification of abstract acceptance will be sent: 29 February 2012
