Code of Business Conduct and Ethics - Micron

This Code of Business Conduct and Ethics is a key resource in our commitment
to compliance and ethics. Today’s laws and standards of business conduct
are complex. The Code explains in a practical, easy-to-understand way many
of the basic rules that apply to our business. It also explains our personal
responsibilities, as a part of Micron, to speak up if we see something that does
not seem right.

thing. To underscore our commitment to compliance and ethics, web-based
training on the Code is required for all Micron team members.
