This Code of Business Conduct and Ethics is a key resource in our commitment to compliance and ethics. Today’s laws and standards of business conduct are complex. The Code explains in a practical, easy-to-understand way many of the basic rules that apply to our business. It also explains our personal responsibilities, as a part of Micron, to speak up if we see something that does not seem right. Review the Code carefully and ask questions as needed. This will help you make sure that your actions never fall short of Micron’s commitment to do the right thing.
