chaser, accepts the same subject to all restrictions, conditons,
covenants, reservations, optionsi liens and charges1 and the
jurisdictiont rights and powers created or reserved by
this
Declaration or to which this Declaration is subject, and all
rights, benefits and privileges of every character
hereby granted,
created, reserved or declared, and all impositions and
obligations
hereby imposed shall be deemed and taken to be covenants
running
with the land and shall bind any person having at any time any
interest or estate in said property and shall inure to
benefit of such Unit Owner in like manner as though the
the
provisions
of this Declaration were recited and stipulated at
length in each
and every deed of conveyance.
15.7 No Waiver: No covenants, restrictions, conditions,
obligations or provisions contained in this Declaration
deemed to have been abrogated or waived by reason of any
shall be
failure
to enforce the same, irrespective of the number of violations or
breaches which may occur.
15.8 Saving Clause: The invalidity of any covenant,
restriction, condition, limitation or any other provision of this
Declaration or any part of the same shall not impair or affect
in
any manner the validity,
enforceability or effect of the rest of
this Declaration.
15.9 Interpretation: The provisions of this Declaration
shall be liberally construed to effectuate its purposes of
creating a uniform plan for the development and operation of a
first-class Condominium apartment development.
