to each Unit as specified in Exhibit "C" hereof.
Declarant
reserves the right, but not the obligation1 to create Units,
Common Elements, Limited Common Elements and to subdivide
with respect to a parcel added pursuant to the development
rights established by this section.
Said development rights
may be exercised with respect to different parcels added
pursuant to this section at different times.
Declarant
reserves the right but not the obligation to enter into,
create, reserve, or grant easements for utilities including
but not limited to gas, electric, water, sewer, cable television,
and access to such easements for the benefit of the
Property.
Declarant makes no assurances with respect to the
development of said additional parcels, including, but not
limited to whether the Declarant will exercise the right to
develop all or any portion of the parcels subject to these
development rights or the order in which the development will
occur.
In addition thereto, the Declarant may file amendments
to the Declaration, Plats and exhibits hereto to reflect any
changes in the locations, elevations, measurements or dimensions
and to correct any error in any recorded Plat or
Declaration; provided that, if required such Amendment is
approved by the Planning Director of St. Louis County,
Missouri.
During the tour (4) year period hereof, the
Declarant, in executing any amendment consistent with the
foregoing, shall be conclusively deemed to have been acting
within the scope of the Declarant's authority as herein
