ST. LOUIS COUNTY, MISSOURI, ADDENDUM
The Association and its Executive Board and Unit
Owners shall comply with all lawful ordinances, rules and
regulations of St. Louis County, Missouri, or any municipality
of which the Property may subsequently become a part, including,
but not limited to, those affecting maintenance of private
roadways, islands, sidewalks, street lights, open areas and
recreational facilities and drainage facilities.
No above-ground structure other than required street
lights may be erected within a cul-de-sac, divided street,
entry way, island or median strip without written approval of
St. Louis County Department of Highways & Traffic.
Where the provisions of this Declaration and Bylaws
cannot be fulfilled by reason of unfilled vacancies among the
Executive Board, the County Council may, upon the petition of
any concerned Unit Owner of the Condominium, appoint one or
more Directors to fill vacancies until such time as Directors
are selected in accordance with this Declaration and Bylaws.
Any person so appointed who is not a Unit Owner shall be
allowed a reasonable fee for his services by the order of
appointments which fee shall be realized as a Common Liability
Expense of the Condominium and which shall not be subject to
any limitations on special assessments contained in this
Declaration and Bylaws or elsewhere.
