with such depositories as the Executive Board, in its discretion,
selects.
8.8 Special Assessments: In addition to the assessments
levied as provided in Section 8.3, the Executive Board, in its
discretion, may levy special assessments at such other and
additional times as in its judgment are required for:
Pair and Mai
ce of Common E1eien
Re ntenan s and
Condominiums.
Maintenance, repair and restoration of the
Common Elements, and operation of the Condominium.
ALterationS, Improvements and Additions to
Common Elements.
Alterations, improvements, and additions
to the Common Elements; provided, however, that any such
special assessment involving the expenditure of Five
Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) or more shall be first
approved by the voting members of the Association representing
at least sixtyseven (67%) percent of the total
votes in the Association, at a special meeting called for
such purpose.
Curinq of Member's Default.
Costs and expenses
incurred in curing defaults of a member pursuant to
Section 12 hereof.
Special assessments made pursuant to this Section shall
be deemed levied upon notice thereof being given to the
members subject to
such special assessment, and shall be
payable as determined by the Executive Board and as set out in
such notice.
