limited to, the duty to preside at all meetings of the Executive
Board and of the members at which he is present, and
the general supervision over other officers in the management
of the business and affairs of the Association- He shall
see that all actions and resolutions of the Executive Board
are carried into effect.
(b) VicePresident. The VicePresident shall perform
such duties of the President as shall be assigned to him by
the President, and in the absence of the President shall
perform the duties and functions of the President.
Cc) Secretary. The Secretary shall keep the minutes of
all proceedings of the Directors and the members. He shall
attend to the giving and serving of all notices required by
law. He shall keep the records of the Association except
those of the Treasurer, and shall perform all other duties
incident to the office of a secretary of a corporations
and as may be required by the Directors or the President.
Cd) Assistant SecretarY. The Assistant Secretary shall
perform such duties of the Secretary as shall be assigned to
him by the Secretary or President, and in the absence of the
Secretary shall perform the duties and functions of the
Secretary.
Ce) Treasurer. The Treasurer shall have custody of all
intangible property of the Association, including funds,
securities and evidences of indebtedness. Me shall keep the
books of the Association in accordance with good accounting
