Lakewood Codified Ordinance Traffic Code Updates<br />
Dear Members of Council<br />
I am submitting legislati<strong>on</strong> for your review that will update a porti<strong>on</strong> ofthe Traffic<br />
Code <strong>with</strong>in the Codified Ordinances of the City of Lakewood It has been many years<br />
since the Traffic Code has been updated These proposed changes will incorporate<br />
changes that have been made to the Ohio Revised Code Traffic Code and make the<br />
local and state codes more c<strong>on</strong>sistent<br />
In the near future I anticipate submitting legislati<strong>on</strong> that will update the remainder<br />
of the Traffic Code and the Criminal Code<br />
Please refer these Ordinances to the Rules and Ordinances Committee for review<br />
and discussi<strong>on</strong><br />
