STAR ALLIANCE BOOKING CLASS ALIGNMENT
Air Canada is in the process of aligning its booking class structure with Star Alliance carriers.
Implementation will be phases, and completed by October 29, 2009.
When rebooking is required, Air Canada will rebook GDS PNRs and revalidate your clients’ tickets.
You don’t have to reissue any tickets. An SSR to that effect will be entered in the PNR of any
bookings impacted by these class changes.
