Gerard Connolly
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Mr. Connolly started his career as an engineer for the Illinois Department of
Transportation before moving on to Aqua America Inc. (formerly known as Consumers
Water Co.) in various states as vice president of operations for more than 10 years,
which included management of water and wastewater treatment facilities, distribution,
collection systems and customer service.
Mr. Connolly later became director of the Danville Sanitary District in Illinois.
He is a member of the American Water Works Association and the Water Environment
Federation. He holds professional engineer licenses in Florida and Illinois as well as
water and wastewater operator licenses in Illinois.
Robert Dickson
CAPITAL PROGRAM MANAGER
Mr. Dickson has more than 21 years of progressive experience in all phases of the
delivery of various infrastructure capital projects. Having served both the engineering
consulting and construction communities, Mr. Dickson is uniquely qualified to
successfully deliver capital projects.
The vast majority of Mr. Dickson’s career has been dedicated to the water, wastewater
and utility infrastructure market, including design, consulting and construction of utility
systems such as water, stormwater and wastewater systems as well as water and
wastewater treatment plants.
He has proven success with leading teams of engineers, constructors and
governmental staff toward the implementation of infrastructure projects ranging in size
from $3 million to $90 million.
Mr. Dickson is a licensed professional engineer.
