Arnott’s 200,000 square foot manufacturing plant is located in Merritt Island on Florida’s Space Coast. The 

facility is located on a 14-acre campus, just a few short miles from the Kennedy Space Center and Port

The bustling facility includes an impressive research & development lab with test equipment, multiple 

auto lifts, a video and photography studio, and its own Mazak multi-tasking CNC machine for creating and 

testing new parts. In addition, Arnott houses an air-conditioned production facility which includes a 

4000-watt, 6-axis laser and all new Mazak 

Integrex series CNC machinery. The

of Arnott’s unparalleled production 

capabilities. These impressive, fully 

robotic machines eliminate multiple 

setups, improving and ensuring part 

integrity and efficiency. The expansion 

and the addition of our sophisticated new 

machine facility enabled us to not only 

increase productivity, but also improve 

on our already lofty quality control 

standards. 

The Arnott facility also has an expanded 

remanufacturing center and paint shop, 

state-of-the-art shipping and distribution 

center, test track, and a massive storage 

warehouse where raw materials and 

components are stockpiled and ready for 

assembly. Arnott’s main offices house 

Arnott’s newly expanded Customer 

Care and Call Center, which has more 

than doubled in the past year. Outside 

of Florida, Arnott recently has opened 

remote Distribution Centers in Ontario, 

Canada, Southern California, Texas, and 

in the Northeast to provide faster and 

less expensive shipping options for 

customers.

Limited Warranty for Arnott Products 

Arnott offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty for North 

American customers on all air springs, new and 

remanufactured strut and shock assemblies, and coil 

spring conversion kits. Orders outside of North America 

come with a Two-Year Warranty. Arnott offers a Limited 

One-Year Warranty on all air suspension compressors. 

Arnott’s warranty is non-transferable. If a part is 

defective, Arnott will either replace or repair that part, 

as long as it is within the Warranty period and proof of 

purchase is provided. Arnott does not offer a Warranty 

for parts used in commercial vehicles. Improper use or 

installation is not a manufacturer’s defect. Arnott is so 

confident you will be 100% satisfied with Arnott products 

that it offers you a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

A: The Arnott Family commitment to lower prices is truly the foundation of our business philosophy. We have established 

coveted business relationships with the biggest names in the air suspension industry, such as Goodyear, Kaiser Aluminum, and 

ContiTech to name a few. We then take those materials purchased in bulk and are able to machine them to our specifications 

and schematics on site. Most importantly, we maintain a low overhead, and list our prices based on a set percentage, regardless 

of the application. Our reputation and success in this industry have allowed us to do that and our customers reap the benefits. 

Just as we have learned from our nearly 25 years of automotive air suspension experience, and in accordance with our mission,

Q: WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE 

A: Most Arnott products are engineered, tested, and assembled in America using the highest quality domestic and foreign 

components. Remanufactured parts are completely rebuilt in Arnott’s facility using the manufacturers’ original equipment 

shocks. Air Suspension compressors are purchased new from OE quality vendors such as AMK and WABCO and are then tested 

and fitted by Arnott with application specific mounting hardware along with other new components. Most Arnott Coil Spring 

Conversion Kits are designed and assembled at our Florida facility using American made Bilstein shocks and powder coated 

springs while others are made by domestic and foreign manufacturers to meet our rigid design and quality specifications. Arnott 

parts are tested, date coded and serialized for additional quality control. 

Q: DO YOUR PRODUCTS COME WITH INSTRUCTIONS 

A: Most of of our parts include an installation manual. All available manuals can be downloaded from our web site and should 

be included with your part. Additional information may be available via email at Questions@arnottinc.com.

Q: DO I HAVE TO WELD OR MODIFY MY CAR TO MAKE YOUR COIL SPRING CONVERSION KITS FIT 

A: Absolutely not! Our conversion kits are designed to bolt direct to your vehicle’s suspension. No special tools are necessary 

to install our conversion kits. Our kits come preassembled and ready to bolt in. All of our suspension brackets are specifically 

engineered for your vehicle, and CNC-machined at our factory in Merritt Island, FL. 

Q: SHOULD I REPLACE THE AIR SUSPENSION PARTS OR JUST CONVERT MY CAR TO COIL SPRINGS 

A: If you like the load-leveling capabilities, or tow things with your car, then you should repair the air suspension system. If 

you are tired of replacing the many components of which your air suspension consists, then an Arnott coil spring conversion kit

Ford Motor Company innovated the air suspension revolution with its introduction in 

1984 for the Continental and the Mark VII vehicles. Arnott was one of the first aftermarket
