Frich´s Conditori
Frich´s Conditori har levert brød og bakervarer til fastboende og forbipasserende
i 70 år. Olaf Frich startet opp i en enkel brakke under krigen med produksjon av
konditorvarer som etter hvert skulle bli kjent langt utover landets grenser. Det er
hyggelig at 3.generasjon i dag kan betjene lokalbelfolkning og turister med flott
bakst produsert i de samme steinovnene som ble benyttet for 70 år siden. Det sies
at det er en helt spesiell smak og opplevelse å få et brød fra disse steinovnene,
enn fra dagens industrimaskiner. I tilknytning til bakeriutsalget er det også en
stor isbar med rikholdig utvalg issorter. Utenfor er det en stor og hyggelig terrasse
hvor du kan nyte solen sammen med noe godt å spise.

Frich´s Conditori has supplied bread and bakery products to local residents and
passers-by for 70 years. Olaf Frich started the business in a simple pre-fab during
the War, producing bakery products that were later to become known far beyond
the Norwegian borders. It is a pleasant thought that a third generation of the
family is now serving locals and tourists with excellent bakery produced in the
same stone ovens that were used 70 years ago. People say there is a quite special
taste and experience to bread made in these stone ovens, compared to today’s
industrial machinery. The bakery also has a large ice bar with a substantial selection
of ice creams. Outside there is a large, pleasant terrace where you can enjoy
the sunshine together with something good to eat.
