increased effort and suggest breathing is<br />
NOT <strong>the</strong> problem<br />
• Usually compensation for eg. Acidosis<br />
• BUT really unwell children approaching<br />
respiratory FAILURE, WOB may decrease<br />
again (changes o<strong>the</strong>r parts <strong>of</strong> triangle)
