INDIANA AIR NATIONAL GUARD<br />
LIEUTENANT COLONEL KYLE J. NOEL<br />
Lieutenant <strong>Col</strong>onel <strong>Kyle</strong> <strong>Noel</strong> is Commander of the 113th <strong>Air</strong><br />
Support Operations Squadron, <strong>181st</strong> <strong>Intelligence</strong> <strong>Wing</strong>, Hulman<br />
Field, <strong>Indiana</strong> <strong>Air</strong> <strong>National</strong> Guard, Terre Haute, Ind. <strong>Lt</strong> <strong>Col</strong> <strong>Noel</strong><br />
took charge of the 113th <strong>Air</strong> Support Operation Squadron on 15<br />
April 2012, after serving as the 163rd Fighter Squadron C Flight<br />
Commander.<br />
Lieutenant <strong>Col</strong>onel <strong>Noel</strong> enlisted in the <strong>Indiana</strong> <strong>Air</strong> <strong>National</strong> Guard<br />
in 1991 as a Weapons Loader. He was commissioned as a<br />
Second Lieutenant in 1997 at the Academy of Military Science. He<br />
completed Undergraduate Pilot Training in 1998 and began his<br />
flying career as an F-16C Pilot.<br />
In 2000 he became a fulltime AGR member of the <strong>Indiana</strong> <strong>Air</strong><br />
<strong>National</strong> Guard. Positions held while in the <strong>Indiana</strong> <strong>Air</strong> <strong>National</strong><br />
Guard include Squadron Scheduler, Squadron Weapons Officer,<br />
Chief of Weapons and Tactics, Chief of Training and Scheduling,<br />
and Flight Commander. Lieutenant <strong>Col</strong>onel <strong>Noel</strong> is attached to the<br />
163rd Fighter Squadron as an A-10C Instructor and Evaluator<br />
Pilot.<br />
