<strong>Residential</strong> <strong>Tenanc<strong>ie</strong>s</strong> Board, in<br />
accordance with section 121 of <strong>the</strong><br />
<strong>Residential</strong> <strong>Tenanc<strong>ie</strong>s</strong> <strong>Act</strong> <strong>2004</strong>,<br />
determines as follows:<br />
The Respondent shall pay <strong>to</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />
Applicants, within 14 days of <strong>the</strong> date<br />
of issuing this Order, <strong>the</strong> sum of<br />
€1,119.60 in respect of expenses,<br />
incurred by <strong>the</strong>m for alternative<br />
accommodation, meals, clo<strong>the</strong>s and<br />
<strong>to</strong>iletr<strong>ie</strong>s.<br />
This Order was made by <strong>the</strong> Private<br />
<strong>Residential</strong> <strong>Tenanc<strong>ie</strong>s</strong> Board on 8th<br />
July 2005.<br />
Case X<br />
Validity of Tenancy Termination<br />
In <strong>the</strong> matter of J. B. (Applicant and<br />
Respondent Landlord) and M. B, A. R.,<br />
E. M. and C. R. (Applicant and<br />
Respondent Tenants) <strong>the</strong> Private<br />
<strong>Residential</strong> <strong>Tenanc<strong>ie</strong>s</strong> Board, in<br />
accordance with section 121 of <strong>the</strong><br />
<strong>Residential</strong> <strong>Tenanc<strong>ie</strong>s</strong> <strong>Act</strong> <strong>2004</strong>,<br />
determines as follows:<br />
1. The Tenants are entitled <strong>to</strong> peaceful<br />
enjoyment and full possession of <strong>the</strong><br />
dwelling at ____________________in<br />
accordance with <strong>the</strong> terms of <strong>the</strong><br />
letting agreement up <strong>to</strong> <strong>the</strong> full term of<br />
12 months which is <strong>the</strong> 26th<br />
November 2005.<br />
2. The Tenants shall give vacant<br />
possession of <strong>the</strong> dwelling <strong>to</strong> <strong>the</strong><br />
Landlord on <strong>the</strong> date specif<strong>ie</strong>d in any<br />
valid Notice of Termination served by<br />
<strong>the</strong> Landlord where that date is not<br />
before 26th November 2005.<br />
This Order was made by <strong>the</strong> Private<br />
<strong>Residential</strong> <strong>Tenanc<strong>ie</strong>s</strong> Board on 14th<br />
