13 Rubbing the Legs<br />

i. Push your hands up your back, so<br />

your Hegu touches your back along<br />

the Du Channel. Fig 57& 58.<br />

ii. Turn your hands over so the palms and<br />

Laogong points are touching your<br />

back. Smooth your hands down your<br />

back and down the back of your legs,<br />

following the Gall Bladder Channel.<br />

14 Clap Hands<br />

i. Stand up straight and lift up your<br />

hands so your palms face forwards<br />

slightly. Fig 61<br />

ii. Clap your hands together in front of<br />

the Sky-eye. The two hands should<br />

cross, so the fingers of the left-hand<br />

face away from you, the right fingers<br />

face up and the thumbs interlink, right<br />

thumb over left thumb. Fig 62.<br />
