1. There is a waiting period of 90 days before benefits are payable. For Breast Cancer and
Female Carcinoma-In-Situ, the waiting period is 180 days.
2. The Maternity Benefit is only payable if the policy has been in force for 12 consecutive
months from the policy effective date or last date of reinstatement, whichever is later.
3. Entry age: 16 to 59 years old. Renewal is available up to the policy anniversary prior to
your 65 th birthday. This Policy is not guaranteed yearly renewable, and any renewal will
be based on our approval and acceptance of renewal premium.
4. Premium rates are not guaranteed. The rates are subject to review by AIA and may be
adjusted based on future experience. We will send you a written notification at least 31
days in advance of such change in premium rates.
