1. There is a waiting period of 90 days before benefits are payable. For Breast Cancer and<br />
Female Carcinoma-In-Situ, the waiting period is 180 days.<br />
2. The Maternity Benefit is only payable if the policy has been in force for 12 consecutive<br />
months from the policy effective date or last date of reinstatement, whichever is later.<br />
3. Entry age: 16 to 59 years old. Renewal is available up to the policy anniversary prior to<br />
your 65 th birthday. This Policy is not guaranteed yearly renewable, and any renewal will<br />
be based on our approval and acceptance of renewal premium.<br />
4. Premium rates are not guaranteed. The rates are subject to review by <strong>AIA</strong> and may be<br />
adjusted based on future experience. We will send you a written notification at least 31<br />
days in advance of such change in premium rates.<br />
