purposes. Newspapers are no exception. No special rules or
exemptions apply to newspapers.

All competitive business activity is governed by the Commerce
and Fair Trading Acts. Newspapers, and the media in general,
are subject to the limitations on market dominance imposed by
these Acts, as are all enterprises.
