OSV H40 — Our first high-pressure foaming machine!.. 

In the end of April 2013, OSV Technologiya engineers 

successfully completed their project for the visualization, 

manufacturing and launching of the first 

high-pressure machine of our own production. 

The machine is designed for work with a variety of 

foams and production of large-sized products by 

casting the material in open and closed moulds. 

OSV H40 has already been tested successfully by 

our engineers in various industrial processes - production 

of furniture components, interior doors, 

building sandwich panels, decorative thermal panels. 

Production output of the new machine is within 10 

to 40 kg per minute, the machine is equipped with 

160-liter tanks for components, hydro station and a 

mixing head made by DUT company (South Korea). 

During the production of the new line of high-pressure 

machines, OSV Technologiya engineers focused 

on qualitative completing and assembling of 

all units of the machine, as well as on absolutely new 

design of this line of OSV equipment. 

In October this year we will be glad to see our present 

and potential customers at our booth at K2013 

exhibition in Düsseldorf. At our booth we will present 

our new product - the high-pressure foaming machine 

OSV H40. Everyone will be able to see this 

machine in their own eyes and ask our specialists all 

necessary questions.

OSV M2000 machine for casting polyurethane parts for mining equipment — 

Successful project for our clients from Kazakhstan 

In the end of March OSV Technologiya engineers 

have successfully finished their work on the project 

for producing the specialized mixing and dosing machine 

OSV M2000 for processing the high-quality 

hot casting polyurethane elastomers (prepolymer + 

MOCA) for our clients from Kazakhstan. 

in the desired color. 

On our official channel on YouTube you may find a 

video, specially prepared to demonstrate this machine 

in operation. 

All works on design, production and adjustment of 

the machine were done at OSV Technologiya plant 

by our engineers. OSV M2000 is a two-component 

machine of the special design, additionally equipped 

with pigment dosing unit for coloring the products 

OSV Technologiya company takes part at international exhibitions 

BUILDEX 2013 (Moscow) and UMIDS 2013 (Krasnodar) 

In early April 2013 there finished their work two international 

exhibitions BUILDEX 2013 (Moscow) 

and UMIDS 2013 (Krasnodar). 

At the International construction and interior exhibition 

BUILDEX 2013, our company together with 

its partners from Germany the company Kleiberit 

have presented its new products and technologies 

using Kleiberit raw materials. 

OSV Technologiya has presented the new material 

for heat insulation and facade design - OSV decorative 

thermal panels, the equipment and technology 

for their production. 

At the 16th International exhibition of equipment, 

technologies and products of wood and furniture industry 

UMIDS 2013 OSV Technologiya at the booth 

of our partners from Kleiberit company presented 

OSV equipment and technologies for production of 

furniture decor, furniture facades and edging from 

polyurethane using Kleiberit raw materials.

OSV Technologiya company takes part at international exhibitions 

BUILDEX 2013 (Moscow) and UMIDS 2013 (Krasnodar) 

In addition, at this exhibition, OSV experts carried 

out a technical seminar on the use of production 

technologies for furniture decor elements, details, 

construction parts, furniture facades, furniture edging 

from polyurethane and Kleiberit products. The 

chief technologist of our company demonstrated various 

PU systems in operation using the compact machine 

OSV Mini AB. 

New OSV projects aroused great interest of the visitors 

of these two exhibitions. Everybody could find 

samples of new OSV products, as well as watch OSv 

technologies and equipment in operation, get technical 

and commercial information, discuss prospects 

for cooperation. 

We're thankful to all visitors and participants of these 

shows for their interest to our products, technologies 

and equipment. We'll be happy to meet evrybody 

again!.. 

A full range of OSV decorative thermal panels represented 

in building supermarkets’ chain "33 square meters" 

On April 19, 2013 there started the oficial sale of 

OSV decorative thermal panels in the trade network 

of building supermarkets "33 square meters" in 

Kherson region. 

Due to the cooperation agreement, shops "33 square 

meters" will sell OSV decorative thermal panels in 

Kherson region. Now in these building supermarkets 

there will be set showcases with various samples 

of all models of OSV decorative thermal panels. 

Thus, everyone will be able to get acquainted with 

the range of OSV decorative thermal panels, get all 

necessary technical information about them and recommendations 

on their installation, as well as make 

the order and buy them. 

Compact mixing and dosing machine OSV Mini AB 

installed in Kleiberit showroom 

In early May OSV Technologiya specialists visited 

the laboratory of our partners in Germany, the company 

Kleiberit in Weingarten. 

During their visit, our colleagues installed the compact 

mixing and dosing machine OSV Mini AB at 

that plant and consulted Kleiberit specialists on its 

operation and maintenance. 

In the laboratory in Weingarten this machine will be 

used to work with a variety of polymeric materials, 

including new Kleiberit developments. 

OSV Mini AB is a compact, easy in use and maintainance 

machine in line of OSV machinery, designed 

for mass production of various products made 

of polyurethanes, silicones and epoxy resins with 

different viscosity. This machine provides the qualitative 

mixing of two-component polymers and guarantees 

the accuracy of dosing while pouring the 

mixture into the moulds. 

Now customers and partners of our company, who 

work in various countries abroad, will be able to 

watch at Kleiberit plant in Germany one of OSV machines 

in operation without visiting the laboratory 

of our company in Ukraine. 

Acrylic One — composite materials from the Netherlands 

for the sculpture, decor, architecture, modelling and scenography 

In this issue of OSV Polymer News Bulletin we 

present to your attention the new composite materials 

from the Netherlands - Acrylic One. 

of Acrylic One materials would take a lot of time and 

space, that is why in our article we show illustrations 

of the most interesting and popular projects. 

Acrylic One is a group of composite materials developed 

in the Netherlands on the basis of water-soluble 

acrylic resins and fines of natural minerals. 

Acrylic One is environmentally friendly, non-toxic 

and fire resistant material that is widely used in various 

industries as well as in contemporary art. 

In 2012 Acrylic One materials also became available 

for Ukrainian specialists, thanks to the direct supply 

from Acrylic One factory in the Netherlands.

Acrylic One — composite materials from the Netherlands 

for the sculpture, decor, architecture, modelling and scenography 

The basis of this composite material is the acrylic 

liquid Acrylic One Liquid and mineral powder 

Acrylic One Powder. In addition, there are a number 

of supplements, that can change the properties of the 

mixture and the finished products - thixotropic agent 

Thixtropiemiddel A (gel), accelerator Acrylic One 

Accelerator, pigments, protective coating Acrylic 

One Sealer. 

Thanks to the specially developed formula of the 

mixture components, while applying the Acrylic 

One materials one can use different techniques - 

casting, smearing and even spraying.

Another novelty of this issue - series of articles 

about our company staff, whose work moves OSV 

Technologiya company forward. 

Senior engineer of the company — Sergey Pozhidaev 

is the old resident of our company and highly 

qualified top specialist. The construction of all OSV 

machines is first of all the result of his work. In addition, 

Sergey Pozhidaev oversees the after-sales 

customer service. By the way, the first two OSV machines, 

produced in 2006, were not only constructed 

and produced by Sergey Pozhidaev, but also he participated 

himself in the delivery of this equipment to 

the customers. Fortunately, now he has the opportunity 

to avoid the logistics and dedicate all his time 

to machines and mechanisms. 

Nikita Mazlov — sales manager, who leads the 

project of decorative thermal panels and pays to this 

product the largest part of his working time. Nikita 

has recently been working with us, but in such a 

short period of time he has managed not only to get 

used to our team, but also to realize his own new 

ideas for OSV Technologiya, appearing to be quite 

effective for us and our customers. 

Finance and accounting are under the responsibility 

of Elena Borshch - our chief accountant. Elena 

has recently been working with us, but we get on 

very well with her as a professional in her work and 

a charming girl in everyday communication. 

And in R&D laboratory of our company all the 

processes are managed by the senior technologist - 

Sergey Raychuk. Before heading one of the most 

important company sites, Sergey received a tremendous 

practical experience in working with a variety 

of polymeric materials and equipment for their processing. 

In addition, Sergey's experience in the field 

of paints and varnishes often allows us to give our 

customers more information than it is expected.

Zhermack (Italy) — manufacturer of silicone compounds 

for moulding and casting 

Starting from this issue, to your attention there will 

be presented the articles about our suppliers. The 

first one, whom we'll present, is the Italian manufacturer 

of silicones - Zhermack company. 

Zhermack company was founded in 1981 and today 

it is one of the world's leading developers and manufacturers 

of high-tech dental materials for laboratory 

and industrial applications.

Oleshkivs'ka Sich or Tsyurupinsk 350 years ago 

In this issue we continue our series of articles 

about the history of Tsyurupinsk - the town where 

our company is from. 

There is no city on the Earth that would have its own 

history. In this article we would like to tell you about 

the important historic moment not only for our town 

but for the whole Ukraine too, about the time when 

on the open spaces of our town there was located the 

powerful settlement called Oleshkivs'ka Sich. 

Active events began to occur in the 1st half of the 

XVIII century, when hospitable Oleshky sheltered 

those zaporizhia cossacks who supported the hetman 

Ivan Mazepa and hid there after the rout at Poltava. 

And for some time Oleshky became the political 

capital of Oleshkivs'ka Sich. This is proved by the 

original monument in the shape of the wooden bell, 

set near the place, where Oleshkivs'ka Zaporiz'ka 

Sich existed. It was founded in the place where the 

Konka river flowed into the Laznyuk river by zaporizhia 

cossacks, who were released from the opression 

of russian tsarism and appeared under the protectorate 

of the Crimean khanate. 

Oleshkivs'ka Sich existed for 19 years, zaporizhia 

cossacks, displeased by the opression of the tatars, 

left Oleshkivs'ka Sich and came back to Zaporizhia. 

Nowadays, there is held the active revival of 

Oleshkivs'ka Sich and cossacks culture, there was 

placed a memorial sign on the territory, where Sich 

remains are located, on the north-eastern outskirts of 

Tsyurupinsk. 

From ancient times our town has been teeming with 

human life. Here warlike scythians met with ancient 

greek sailors, slavic farmers met with the nomad 

steppes owners pechenegs and cumans. The active 

development on the territory of present town began 

in the XI century, in the times of the Kievan Rus, 

when on the big trade route "from the varangians to 

greeks" there was the town with a beautiful name 

Oleshya. 

The period of time, when Oleshkivs'ka Sich was located 

on the territory of Tsyurupinsk, became the 

significant event for the further development of our 

town.
