4.2. Number of Officers<br />

4.2.3. For remaining positions, there may be a maximum of two (2) members in each<br />

position. The following positions shall have a maximum of two (2) officers: Service<br />

Vice President, Membership Vice President, Fellowship Vice President,<br />

Corresponding Secretary, Historian, and Non-Executive Committee Officials.<br />

4.3. Election of Officers<br />

6. All Pledge Parent Candidates must be currently enrolled as students of UC Irvine (or solely<br />

<strong>UCI</strong> Extension) on Election Day, and throughout the following quarter. If a newly elected<br />

Executive Committee member or Pledge Parent fails to complete all of their requirements by<br />

the end of the current term, then they are forced to relinquish their position and a replacement


will be appointed by the newly elected Executive Committee by their first meeting of the new<br />

term.<br />

4.4.5. Treasurer<br />

discretion.<br />

2. All Executive Committee members must attend all Executive Committee meetings<br />

with the exception of two (2) absences, unless otherwise specified at the Membership<br />

Vice President’s discretion.<br />

4. Failure to meet these attendance requirements will result in the removal from his/her<br />

position, immediately at the time of their final infraction, and a replacement will be appointed<br />

by the Executive Committee, by the following Executive Committee meeting.<br />
