You are given an OPORD; an operational, integrated system control facility/platform (ISYSCON, RAPTer, NPT, TNAPS, JNMS, etc.), user requirements, and appropriate references. Standards: Accepted the plan for inclusion in the OPORD. Performance Steps 1. Perform preplanning and network management functions for an integrated network. 2. Perform BSM planning. a. Direct planning allocation and deconfliction of frequency resources for switch and non-switch communication systems. b. Develop SOI/CEOI. 3. Conduct mission and plan management functions. 4.
