The Radiocarbon Laboratory also served as a<br />

sediments, charcoal, shells and other carbonates, etc.<br />

The electron microscopes equipped in SEM unit<br />

are being used as a central facility. The facility has also<br />

been provided to other institutions in spare times. The<br />

quantitative estimation <strong>of</strong> macerals (both under<br />

normal and fluorescence modes) and in measurement<br />

<strong>of</strong> huminite reflectance on Panandhro lignite samples<br />

to Mr. Sandip Singh, Research Scholar <strong>of</strong><br />

Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra for a period <strong>of</strong><br />

two weeks (in June <strong>2011</strong>)<br />
