PLEASE NOTE: AFTER CLOSING DATE ALL REGISTRATIONS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Except for Championship level, all other events will not be held with less than 3 couples. Late registry will only be accepted at the discretion of
the organizer.
All competitors must be members of ODS, a recognized CDS Regional Association, or a WDSF member country . To compete in WDSF
events, all dancers must have a valid WDSF ID card.
Time Schedule may be posted on the ODS Web page www.ontariodancesport.com after October 5, 2013
No responsibility for loss or theft of articles left in changing rooms or ballrooms can be accepted by ODS and they cannot be held liable for
injury sustained by persons participating in or attending this event, however caused. Everyone attending does so at his or her own risk.
All persons attending this Championship event, whether as spectators, competitors, officials or guests shall be bound by the rules of this event
and by participating automatically become obligated to adhere to them.
Spray tanning on premises is ONLY permitted in spray tan tents provided. Those caught doing it elsewhere will be held responsible and
fined, and escorted out of competition.

(Juvenile, Junior, Youth, Adult, Senior I, II, III – New Comer to Pre- Championship: STANDARD & LATIN)
Evening Events: Doors open at 6:00 p.m. First category starts at approx. 6:30 p.m.
(Junior, Youth, Under 21, Adult, Senior I, II, III Championship: STANDARD & LATIN & WDSF Events)

Full refund for entry and tickets before closing date: September 22 nd , 2013. After that date, No Refunds Will be Given
