Additional Requirements:
‣ A list of 35 or more mobile pump testing unit users must be provided as per the Draft
Commander 3000® A/T Mobile Fire Pump Testing & Training Simulator Specifications.
‣ Operation and Training Manual, along with a video, will be provided upon delivery of
the mobile pump testing unit.
‣ The mobile pump testing and training simulator has been in service and field tested for
over ten (10) years.
‣ Descriptive information such as literature/brochures of these specifications to be
furnished with bid.
‣ Hands on personnel training and operations to be included.
Optional Packages
Option 1 Package Needed To Perform Pump Testing Simultaneously On Two Fire Apparatus:
‣ Two (2) 50 ft sections of 3” double jacket 600# test fire hose coupled with 2 ½” couplings
with NST threads.
‣ One (1) Draft Commander 3000® Mobile Fire Pump Testing & Training Simulator
Monitor Station, model number DC1911-3000, or One (1) Mini Draft Commander 3000®
Mobile Fire Pump Testing & Training Simulator Monitor Station, model number
MW1911-3000.
Option 2 Package Needed To Perform Pump Testing On A 3000 – 4000 GPM Fire Apparatus:
‣ Portable 6” drafting tube with 90˚ elbow equipped with 6” swivel female NST threads.
The portable drafting tube can be premantaly mounted to the Draft Commander 3000®
or mounted on the Draft Commander 3000® transport and used only when needed.
Optional Draft Commander 3000® A/T Mobile Fire Pump Testing & Training Simulator
Equipment:
‣ Aluminum Rims
‣ Albert 2.99 X 8 TPI on all 2 ½” threads on manifolds. Special threads in place of
standard NST threads on manifold adaptors and fire hose.
‣ Custom wrap
‣ Gauges on test monitor to be PSI/KPA in place of standard PSI
