1 Security Clearance must be granted by a Federal Executive Branch Agency and be equal to or higher than the level of classified information the person will access.

3 STU-III/STE shall be installed in a private office or area having sufficient acoustical protection and physical controls to prevent conversation being overheard by unauthorized
persons.
4 For the destruction of classified information, document shredders must meet Federal standards for particle size. Contact the DHS Office of Security for approved shredders and
vendors.
