EDS-8000 "MINICARD" series
The modules of the series are suitable for the construction
of high-speed digital control system and ~ata processing equipment.
The selection of modules is continuous! y developped
meeting every requirement. The modules are built of silicon
planar epitaxial semiconductors, which ensure high-reliability
and wide operating temperature range. Mechanical design of
the modules corresponds to that of the EDS-5000 series.
The selection of the EDS-8000 modules is the following : power
amplifiers, 01, DO, DOl-logics, Nixie-driver, flip-flops, level
converter, Miller delay unit, monoflop unit, generator, Schmitttrigger
and other special units.

furnished by a power supply w ith 8 A loadability.
EDS-3000 "MICROCARD" series
The modules of the series are suitable for the construction of
digital systems. Owing to the small dimensions of the modules
the space requirements of highly complicated systems built up
of numerous modules can be greatly diminished. The modules
are built up of germanium semiconductors. Each module Is
capable of performing a single logical function. For t he realization
of complex functions interconnection of the appropriate modules
is necessary. The modules can be mounted on EDS-7000 series
mother boards. These are 260x240 mm epoxy resin p.c. boards
without a frame. The EDS-7093 board is capable of accommodating
56 modules.
The selection of the EDS-3000 modules is the following : indicator
amplifiers, inverters, 0, 01, DO-logics, matrices, half
flip-flop, diode-capacitor-diode gate, Miller delay unit, monoflop,
generator, Schmitt-~rigger and other special units.
