The instrument is used for measuring AC voltages between 1 mV and 10 V in the
frequency range of 0.5 to 1,000 Mcfs. The measuring range can be extended up to
1,000 V by means of a divider. The RF measurements can be performed by means of
several measuring probes. The instrument is fully transistorized.
