®
Consist Max is a new combination fungicide,
containing two active ingredients for the control of
powdery mildew in roses
Composition:
Trifloxystrobin 250 g/l + Tebuconazole 500 g/l
Mode of Action
®
Consist Max is a combination product containing two active ingredients
- Trifloxystrobin and Tebuconazole from different chemical groups.
®
Consist Max stops and controls powdery mildew in various stages of
disease development cycle.
It inhibits
• spore germination
• germ tube elongation
• appressorium and haustorium formation
Main Advantages
• mycelia growth and sporulation (formation of conidia)
Contains two tried and trusted modes of action
®
Consist Max combines the contact, absortion by waxy layers, Inhibits all the development growth stages in the pathogen life cycle
penetration and translaminar properties of Trifloxystrobin and the High and long lasting activity
protective, translaminar, systemic and curative activities of High persistence and good kick-back activity
Tebuconazole.
Beneficial physiological effects (greening and yield enhancement)
Mesostemic action and systemic activity
The active ingredient Trifloxystrobin inhibits respiration in the Low use rates
mitochondria and Tebuconazole acts as a demethylation inhibitor (DMI) Built-in resistance management
of fungal sterol biosynthesis. Due to the dual mode of action, Consist Favorable environmental and toxicological profile
®
Max presents a perfect mix for resistance management.
Compatible with IPM programs. Harmless to predatory mites
Directions for use
Roses and
Ornamentals
Powdery mildew 0.3kg/ha in 1200 L water Begin application preventatively or at the early stages of
(Sphaerotheca pannosa)
disease development and repeat at 5-7 day interval.
Use the shorter intervals when disease is severe. Maximum 2-3
consecutive applications per flush cycle.
NB: As different species and varieties of ornamentals may differ in
their sensitivity to pesticides, users are advised to always check for
the crop tolerance by first treating a few plants before large scale
application is undertaken.
Do not apply in combination in tank-mix with adjuvants (non-ionic
surfactants, crop oil concentrates, penetrants).
The volume of the spray to be used should be sufficient to give a high
level of penetration and wetting of the foliage
Re-entry period: 6 hrs (WHO class III)
As a general rule, treated areas should not be entered before spray
deposits on the leaf surface have dried, unless protective clothing is
worn.
