AWARDS EXHIBITOR Magazine’s EUROSHOP AWARDS Overview Held once every three years, EuroShop sets the tone for the stand- and retail-design industries. Featuring inventive materials, unique concepts, and one-off creations, the trade fair offers endless inspiration for exhibition and event professionals the world over. EXHIBITOR Magazine’s EuroShop Awards honor the most impressive stands this trend-setting show has to offer. Eligibility Trade show stands making their debut at EuroShop 2014 in Dusseldorf, Germany, are eligible. What’s in it for you ff Best of Show winners will receive a free custom-designed trophy during EuroShop, and Honorable Mention winners may purchase trophies following EuroShop. ff Winning projects will be profiled on www.ExhibitorOnline. com, and all projects will be considered for coverage in EXHIBI- TOR magazine. ff Winning projects will be listed in a press release announcing EXHIBITOR Magazine’s EuroShop Awards, which will be posted to ExhibitorOnline.com. ff Representatives from EXHIBITOR will visit winning exhibits on site during EuroShop for a photo op with a trophy. Judging/JUDGES Judging will be completed on site during EuroShop 2014 by a panel of international design experts. Awards One Best of Show winner will be chosen in small, medium, and large categories, and trophies will be awarded to these winners during EuroShop 2014. Winners will receive one free trophy and may purchase additional trophies following EuroShop. Honorable Mentions will also be selected and notified during EuroShop 2014. Entrants selected as Honorable Mentions will not receive free trophies, but will be able to purchase trophies following EuroShop. Entry Requirements Include the following items for each entry. Information provided in your entry will not be made public until EuroShop 2014 opens on Feb. 16, 2014. However, all entries (including the form, fee, and summary) must be received by: Jan. 24, 2014, for the early deadline ($125) or by Jan. 31, 2014, for the final deadline ($175). 1. Entry Form and Fee. Fill out the online entry form and provide creditcard payment information. 2. Project Summary. Email a written one- to two-page summary of the design (in Word format) to Linda Armstrong, program manager, at larmstrong@exhibitormagazine.com. Input “EuroShop 2014 – EXHIBITING COMPANY NAME AND BOOTH NUMBER” in the subject line of the email.

3. Visuals (Winners Only). If your stand is chosen as a winner, you must<br />

submit high-resolution images (Raw, TIFF, EPS, or JPEG) within one<br />

week of notification. Files must be 300 dpi or more and 8.5-by-11-<br />

inch, and should contain actual images of the realized stand (not<br />

renderings). Winners will be notified during EuroShop 2014.<br />
