If a potential illicit discharge to the facilities covered by this plan is detected (e.g., dry weather flows at any pipe outlet, evidence of contamination of surface water discharge by nonstormwater sources), the MassDOT District Maintenance Engineer or <strong>Environmental</strong> Engineer shall be notified for assistance in determining the nature and source of the discharge, and for resolution through MassDOT’s IDDE program.
