on the other side will be going on, and of course the
new build-out. But basically the closed road you have
right now, I don't see -- it'll have different impacts
in terms of how they get built because of the access
from the main highway.
MR. FREEMAN: I just want to add one more thing.
Regarding the staging, we don't dictate where the
contractor is going to stage. This is a design-build
contract. One of the first things that they're going
to have to do is come up with the staging plan and an
access plan. They're going to need to acquire
property on their own and tell us where they're going
to stage all their equipment for our approval. So we
don't dictate that on the plans. The contractor will
be required to tell us how they're going to build the
project and stage this. So until we see that from
them, we can't be specific.
As Mike's doing, he's kind of guessing at what
they're going to do based on the nature of the project
but that's something that the contractor will tell us
and we'll have to approve it.
