is -- you know, it's constrained but with two local
approaches, they had to get the project on the
Newburyport side or the Amesbury side. The state has
a 300-foot wide right of way of which they have a
highway on right now and they're going to be building
within their right of way, there will be access points
along the right of way driving up the highway for the
vehicles to come on. There will be some local work on
Evans Place as the new bridge gets built for the
highway for the northbound and the traffic gets
shifted, and also that retaining wall that you see in
that graphic. There will be work out in the river
building the first bridge, but you know, basically the
bridge, virtually all those materials will most likely
from any economic model we've looked at, that will be
barge traffic that will be coming up river. Concrete
trucks will be delivering concrete but they'll be
approaching from the highway side and pumping the
concrete either for pier construction or for, you
know, placing it on the concrete decks.
You know, I think we have the appropriate noise
restrictions and specifications within the documents
to deal with that. You know, unless of course the new
northbound bridge gets built, it'll be the demolition
