MR. BERTOULIS: The graphic which I had in my
Power Point presentation, that's in the environmental
documents that's out there right now and it does show
the limit of the right of way land and which actually
ties into the edge of right of way is basically your
front property line.
MR. KARP: Right like where the sidewalk is
MR. BERTOULIS: That's actually -- the sidewalk
shows the curb line but the land behind that sidewalk
is still part of the right of way that's owned by --
as you get within the state right of way for the
highway where they overlap, that's either town land or
state land but it's not private land. It's where the
road used to be.

MS. EMERSON: Good evening. My name is Karen
Emerson and I reside at Whittier Point and I just
wanted to mention that presently the construction with
the Hines Bridge, or as you call it the Chain Bridge,
for over a year now it's been -- I haven't had the
need for an alarm clock for six days a week. And
also, it sounds as if there's not going to be a need
until the 2016.
