That will allow the new bridge to be built right within and snugged up into that radius of the existing bridge, but it's being built south of the existing bridge edge. That puts it back virtually where it was before it was rebuilt in the seventies to the current condition that it is today. The -- we stayed well within the existing right of way. And I'm not sure which home. Are you on the east side or the west side MR. KARP: I guess it's east on Ferry Road. MR. BERTOULIS: Okay. The coming in, some of the opening area in front of your home right now, the road will shift. It's all on state land. There is -- there are no right of way takings required of your property to make this work. MR. KARP: How do I find out where that right of way ends MR. FREEMAN: We're going to be completing the right of way plans at the end of this month. BERTOULIS: The graphic which I had in my Power Point presentation, that's in the environmental documents that's out there right now and it does show the limit of the right of way land and which actually ties into the edge of right of way is basically your front property line. MR. KARP: Right like where the sidewalk is MR. BERTOULIS: That's actually -- the sidewalk shows the curb line but the land behind that sidewalk is still part of the right of way that's owned by -- as you get within the state right of way for the highway where they overlap, that's either town land or state land but it's not private land. It's where the road used to be. MR. KARP: Okay. Thanks. MS. EMERSON: Good evening.
