that's out there today except for some off-peak hour
work that will begin with some transitions. And also
potentially when we're dealing with the demolition of
the existing bridge, we'll pull people back away from
the edge when the demolition is going on and probably
from like 11:00 to 5:00 in the morning drop to a
single lane in the interstate when there's demolition
going adjacent to the southbound side. But besides
that, we fully expect to have all lanes open and the
contractors are not going to be allowed to be parking
equipment on the highway or even in shoulders. It'll
all be off in the work zones. That's just a
maintenance and traffic issue. But we look forward to
seeing your full comments.

Port. I am the planning director for the City of
Newburyport. I'm here to speak on behalf of Mayor
Holaday who apologizes, she could not be here this
evening but did want to read a couple of comments into
the record. We will be submitting a letter on behalf
of the city in response to the DEIR, but a few points
