Those details are still being worked on. And as we move forward -- but yeah, the wall will be relocated. Because that wasn't mentioned tonight, it's not going away. The current plan is to relocate that wall, push it further back because as the roadway moves within the alignment and with the shared use path there, it'll push this wall closer to the edge of the right of way but it will keep the appropriate distance from the wall to the sound generator which is the traffic, to optimize its best placement, to give the best amount of protection from a structure like that. I live in Newburyport and I'm commenting and will provide detailed comments before your deadline in writing, about mitigation during your project. This project, it's accelerated and we're pleased it is being accelerated and I commend you for the environmental planning you've done so far which I think has been outstanding. But because this project is going to proceed over such a long period of time, roughly four years, 2013 through 2016, it's important that you mitigate environmental risks that may occur during the construction phase, and the most important from my perspective is the risk that you will be doing construction across two significant emergency evacuation corridors. One is the <strong>Whittier</strong> <strong>Bridge</strong>, six lanes, someday it could evacuate effectively 10 lanes in counterflow traffic if you count the shoulders.
