So at this point, Mike I'll turn it over to Mike.
MR. BERTOULIS: Thanks, Joe. So in terms of our
key dates in terms of where we are, we started this
whole process back in November of 2008 with the
environmental study of the (inaudible) data
acquisition, field studies, research, and some concept
engineering to support the environmental documents.
We started a public outreach in March of 2009 with a
series of meetings with the towns' officials, followed
by we filed the Environmental Notification Form and
held our first overall public meeting in June first of
2009. We've had a series of quarterly meetings
between then and now bringing the public up to date
and speed where we were incrementally as we moved
through the process.
As we stated, tonight is a public meeting and in
support of the review process which started on
November twenty-third, the filing, release of the
environmental document, closing -- public comment
closing on December twenty-third, this month. We hope
to be in a position to file the final Environmental
Impact Report the end of February, 2012. We're
looking for our MEPA and NEPA approvals, both federal
and state approvals by April of 2012.
