coordinated both with the National Marine Fisheries
Service and US Fish and Wildlife Service on the
Endangered Species Act and essential fish habitat
issues. State side we need what's called a water
quality certification from Mass. DEP, a Chapter 91 or
waterways license for the construction of the bridge
from DEP. We have filed notices of intent to obtain
orders of conditions from each of the three towns
under the Mass. Wetlands Protection Act. And again,
endangered species coordination with the Massachusetts
Natural Heritage and endangered species program.
The document also contains a very detailed
comments and coordination chapter. As the slide says,
NEPA and MEPA certainly encourage early and continuous
public agency involvement. This is yet another of a
long series of meetings that we had. All of our
meetings are documented in this chapter. The document
also -- this chapter also includes detailed responses
to any comments that we've received on any of the MEPA
documents including the Environmental Notification
Form which was filed in 2009 and any subsequent public
and agency comments that were received at any of the
