That gives you the Whittier crossing, today's version, and the preferred crossing alternative, what it will look like. One of the things that became important with the Whittier Bridge was dealing with a Section 106 historic coordination effort throughout the documents. We coordinated with the historic commissions with the three towns as well as the state. And there were certain things about the existing bridges that people had grown to appreciate. One of them was the historic great seals of the state on the (inaudible) beams, which is why in our model view we actually are going to take those and have the contractor when they build, to take them down, refurbish them and reinstall them on the new bridges. There are other old artifacts like what's known as a builder's plaque. This actually has information of the engineers and contractors involved with the project. There's actually two of them and they will be placed along the project. Some of them will be placed along the shared use path so people will be able to see those and get to them where today they ATM, Inc 339-674-9100

What most people don't realize is that on either side of the abutments there are these eight foot diameter great seals of the state and there's four of them. And we're actually going to take those which come out of the abutment walls of the existing bridge and those are going to be distributed along the shared use path and there will be one of these at each of the called heads of trail locations where you can get onto the path from the street network. Once again this is also -- on each corner of the bridge is basically the abutment date and also the great seal is out there and those will be reused also. One of the things we also looked at is many people, you know, have an affinity for the types of piers that were out there. The back edge, this view is actually taken looking into -- from Amesbury shore into Newburyport. The back edge has a -- is a sharper angle which is actually meant to break up the ice. And weather being a variable as it is up here, last winter we had a lot of ice in the river and a lot of it was getting broken up. If winter keeps going like it's starting, we may not have the ice out there at all this year. We're looking at -- we incorporated ATM, Inc 339-674-9100
