The goal was to reduce the number of structurally<br />

deficient bridges, repair or remove the current<br />

deficient bridges, and prevent additional bridges from<br />

becoming classified as structurally deficient.<br />

We're going to go through this process. And we right<br />

now have found a per-bridge crossing and alignment<br />

alternative, and the environmental process has<br />

documented this. Again, it will be presented and is<br />

being presented in the combined NEPA MEPA process and<br />

we are holding the public review today. On the 30-day<br />

public review, we're right about in the middle of it.<br />

Comments are due December twenty-third. After the<br />

comments come in, they'll be reviewed, dispositioned<br />

and answered appropriately and we'll be looking for<br />

filing the final EIR, and that will be out for review<br />

sometime in March through April of 2012 where it will<br />

be getting a NEPA decision sometime in the spring as<br />

well as ending up with a MEPA certificate sometime<br />

late spring on this project.<br />

Today's agenda. We're going to go through a<br />

presentation of the preferred bridge crossing and the<br />

preferred highway alignment and we'll also do a<br />

summary of the combined environmental document which<br />
