§� Sarcoidosis is a systemic, chronic, inflammatory,
granulomatous disease of unknown origin, primarily
affecting the lungs but it can affect almost all organs of
the body, including the skin. It is often followed by,
progressive fibrosis, leading to a need for transplantation.

§� Mechanism of Action:

DK-0112 is synthetically produced 5 amino acid peptide.
It acts via binding to MHC class II molecules present on T
cells and NK cells, increasing NK cell activity and
regulating T cell growth and differentiation.
§� Key data (in vivo human PoC data):
Clinical PoC has been demonstrated in cutaneous
sarcoidosis, atopic dermatitis, and rheumatoid arthritis.
DK-0112 also reduced itching, oedema, scaling and
thickening, and clearing of erythroderma and cell
infiltrates in patients with Sézary syndrome (cutaneous Tcell
lymphoma).
