reference must be accompanied by the following legend:<br />

<strong>RenderMan</strong> R○ is a registered trademark of Pixar<br />

No-one may refer to or call a product or program which did not originate with Pixar a<br />

“<strong>RenderMan</strong> program” or “<strong>RenderMan</strong> modeler” or “<strong>RenderMan</strong> renderer.”<br />

Nothing in this statement shall be construed as granting a license or permission of any type<br />

to any party for the use of the trademark <strong>RenderMan</strong>, or any thing confusingly similar to<br />

it, in connection with any products or services whatsoever, including, but not limited to,<br />

computer hardware, software or manuals. Use of the trademark “<strong>RenderMan</strong>” should follow<br />

the trademark use procedure guidelines of Pixar. Any use of the <strong>RenderMan</strong> <strong>Interface</strong>,<br />

RIB and related materials other than as described in this statement is an unauthorized use<br />
